These are real Vietnamese conical Non La hats for women.  They are made from knitted latania leaves and come with scarves.  The hats are 8" high and 16.25" wide.

The dress quality have finer weaving and a silk scarf.  The field quality have slightly lower quality weaving and cotton scarves.
