We can make pillows using the curly
skins from
the Tibet Lamb. The hair is approximately 4-5" in length, but
can be as long as 6". The
standard sizes are 12" x 12", 18" x 18", and 24" x 24".
The pillows are made from 2' by 4' plates (pieces of Tibet lamb sewn
into a rectangular shape for use in the garment industry), so sizes
are approximate. Our pillows are measured with a tape measure
from end to end on the leather and the measurements do not include
the fur. For a 20” pillow, for example, we would leave ¼” all
around the square we cut out to allow for the seam so that the
finished pillow ends up being about 20”. However, once stuffed, it might seem a little smaller if you measured it on a straight
ruler. The pillows are stuffed with hypoallergenic premium polyester
fiberfil and then sewn closed.
The pillows are made from prime Tibet Lamb skins with the fur side out and
either a leather backing or a fur backing.
The prices below are per pillow. We use bleached white skins
unless you order a custom pillow using a different color, e.g.,
natural white, black, red, green, burgundy, etc. We can make pillows
in any color we offer in our Tibet
Lamb Plates.
The pillows are made to
order.
Custom sizes are available.
