These are front and rear African lion claws. The front claws are approximately 3 1/8" long and the rear claws are approximately 2" long. Exact dimensions of each claw are shown below in the gallery. There are two length measurements: one is along the outside curve and the other is the longest diagonal from the top to the tip of the claw. The width is measured across the top of the claw excluding the bone.

Genus and species: Panthera leo. The claws come from a mix of ranch-raised lions and imported wild lions.
Lions are not listed on the endangered species list in the United States.
Lions are subject to CITES export controls--as are all cats. Because of extensive paperwork requirements and long delays, we are unable to obtain a CITES export permit for these claws and they are for sale in the U.S. only.
