We have long wool Icelandic sheepskins.  Each skin is pictured below.  These are all-natural colored sheepskins. With a wool length of approximately 6” to 8”, the long and curly sheepskins make ideal rugs and furniture coverings.  The hair is so long that it does not go in one direction like a dog or cat's fur, but rather it falls in every direction.  This is not a hollow hair, so it doesn't break or shed.

The white skins are "creamy white."  The natural color of the skins often has a yellowish hue to the color.  As the skins have not been bleached, they often have varying degrees of "cream."

Icelandic sheepskins are not endangered. The skins are a by-product of the food industry.  The animals were not killed just for their skins.

These skins can be shipped outside of the U.S. without a U.S. Fish & Wildlife export permit.
