Dinosaur bones were fossilized over time as moisture permeated the cell
structure leaving behind a build-up of minerals. These specimens were collected
from the Morrison Formation of the Jurassic Period. They are approximately
140 million years old.
The
dinosaur bone comes in a plastic bag hanging on a card. Each piece is about 1.25” to 2.5” long
by 1” to 1.5” wide.
